Are you kidding me
Firebolts leave someone out of the fight for 15 seconds plus regeneration time so like 18 seconds. If you get 2 tagged it's pretty much a 3v1 and if you get 3 tags it's game over. Fusion grenade you am stuck someone but they are dead and can be brought back after 6 seconds compared to 18

Try 14 seconds with minimal regen and 10 with max

The fire bolt burn lasts 12 seconds and your telling me you can regen before that?

Max regen is ~4s to max from say half health Firebolt does 1-2 ticks of damage per second (Math not completely accurate. All I know is the 14s bullshit is with min recovery)
