True sight is (+5 Stability +8 Reload +8 Handling)
Outlaw (Grants you 150% of your base reload speed after a precision kill)
Hand loaded (+40 Range & -10 Reload)
Reactive reload (Reloading after a kill grants you 33% increased damage for three seconds)
Really love this gun for PVE, synergy is really good. Fast reload between every precision kill for a constant 33% bonus damage.
