Um... [b]No.[/b] By stats and perks, MIDA beats <bool> on seemingly every front.
MIDA can kill faster.
MIDA can swap, reload, and ADS faster.
MIDA can move faster.
MIDA has more aim assistance.
MIDA deals much more stagger.
MIDA has 3rd eye which is powerful on scouts.
<bool> has unflinching, which is uncommon for primaries. Is that it's secret?
<bool> gives you a relevant armor boost for barely surviving after a bodyshot kill, or gives you a pointless agility boost after your semi-quick headshot kill, so you can run away from your enemies with your crappy gun.

He's never used it, so he's a salty tryhard that HAS to use MIDA, and thinks everything else is crap. The -blam!- does he know about a gun he's never used?

Unless <bool> has some super special hidden perk, it statistically couldn't be better than MIDA in any way. I think the pros might enjoy unflinching on it for landing easier headshots under fire. You only need 2 head/2 body shots to kill in 1 second though so it's not a big deal.
