Pretty close. I like max range and good stability. My playstyle is about keeping distance and controling an area of the map so that roll fits well. It doesn't say max srability but it is and the range can't be beat. I like all the scout archtypes but this roll in particular has really helped. I have duty, cocytus, gemeni and shadow I like to go to also but dis-43 I seem to have the most success with.
