1 ReplyRace and income. There was a case if drunk driving recently in where a rich white kid killed 4 people, the white judge sent him to a top of the line rehab facility. The same judge sentenced a poor black kid to something like 10 years for throwing a punch and accidentally killing another kid. The lawyer of the white kid claimed he suffered from "[i][b]affluenza[/b][/i]". Google it
