I've been seeing many people online lately who are [i]very clearly[/i] weebs, but always claim to be an otaku. It's really quite annoying to find these people, because they have no idea what they're doing and are annoying almost everyone. So, what do you think, #Offtopic?

Otaku (おたく/オタク ?) is a Japanese term for people with obsessive interests, commonly the anime and manga fandom. Its contemporary usage originated with Akio Nakamori's 1983 essay in Manga Burikko.
