False. It is unlike invective due to the fact that the icebreaker does not pick up ammo. In fact it takes a "non-ammo charge" and turns it into ammo for other guns at an alarming exchange rate. It's unfair, being abused, and is absolutely an exploit. The point of the special nerf was to force people into primary gun fights. Instead people are camping more than ever, using ammo exploits to try and gain the first advantage and it's sad. I mean, it's a video game. Does it mean that much to exploit the game mechanics for an unfair advantage? In reality, people suck with primaries and they're scared to be faced with that realization.
