Not a "lack".
There's a reason why Bungie did this. Bungie didn't realize that the icebreaker would be used as a "cheat" to get special ammo.
I'm just scared that they're gonna nerf the thing simply because of what players are doing.

There is no cheat being used, Special ammo hasn't been banned you just don't spawn with it.

While that might be true, but the way it works is broken ice breaker has 6 shots max if you equip a new sniper once it's fully charged you would have full on the sniper. 22 shots maybe it wouldn't be bad if it was only the 6 shots but nope you get full putting you at a huge advantage
