Exploit? Jesus you people are pathetic. Is The Last Word and exploit? With it's full auto hip fire 3 shot kill? How about Invective? That regens ammo too.
You're essentially calling the Icebreaker Exotic perk an exploit.

False. It is unlike invective due to the fact that the icebreaker does not pick up ammo. In fact it takes a "non-ammo charge" and turns it into ammo for other guns at an alarming exchange rate. It's unfair, being abused, and is absolutely an exploit. The point of the special nerf was to force people into primary gun fights. Instead people are camping more than ever, using ammo exploits to try and gain the first advantage and it's sad. I mean, it's a video game. Does it mean that much to exploit the game mechanics for an unfair advantage? In reality, people suck with primaries and they're scared to be faced with that realization.

The exploit is the fact that they aren't actually using the Icebreaker. The fact that they're using it to gain ammo for their other weapons is quite stupid, because special ammo spawns in only 20 seconds into the match. Additionally, invective doesn't regen for 20 seconds into the match anyways. The last word isn't an exploit, it's a crutch..

It really isn't an exploit, it's a smart way to overcome lack of special ammo.

It's def an exploit. You have 6 rounds in icebreaker and then switch and get 24 (with increase sniper ammo armor) that's the same amount that 4 boxes would give you. So now you have 18-24 sniper rounds and it's only round 2 of the match.

I agree that it should only be 6, however it's use isn't an exploit. I didn't realise that it gave so much.

Not a "lack". There's a reason why Bungie did this. Bungie didn't realize that the icebreaker would be used as a "cheat" to get special ammo. I'm just scared that they're gonna nerf the thing simply because of what players are doing.

There is no cheat being used, Special ammo hasn't been banned you just don't spawn with it.

While that might be true, but the way it works is broken ice breaker has 6 shots max if you equip a new sniper once it's fully charged you would have full on the sniper. 22 shots maybe it wouldn't be bad if it was only the 6 shots but nope you get full putting you at a huge advantage
