I love it when people use ice breaker, they can't Rez snipe teammates, snipe supers, drops their light level significantly, which allows me to do more damage to them, and the best part is that when they die they lose all their special

No, they camp and use it generate ammo for their other snipers. They can still wreck you, but now with free ammo on death.
