It is the exploitation of the perk dipshit, not the actual use of a sniper. IF the player keeps using IB the whole game, I don't have a problem with that. It is when they only use it first round and then change to 1kys or some other sniper to abuse the ammo conversion for round 2 that is the issue here. Learn to read.
