I'd say no. Next gen has been out long enough at this point that it's fair to say that the majority of gamers have upgraded. And besides, not having to support last gen means that the full power of the XB1 and PS4 could be used.

People in a lower income bracket that can't afford the console, shouldn't be wasting money on the game. Plus, you can buy a used system for 200 bucks.
