ok as a skater i would recommend going to a local skate shop for a fresh deck (board) take his shoe size and ask the staff for a good deck, they will probably ask you for his shoe size (maybe). buy one that isnt overly expensive, with graphics that he'd like and good quality. you're welcome and then do the thing TXGinger told you
