I just want to put into perspective that if you are against the concept of welfare (in which those who have a large net income are taxed to support those below the poverty line) you are supporting the literal starvation of the lower working class.
i don't know if you are or not. Your thesis was not well developed in your comment.
I am for a true free market and limited government. So in my world those working class people could have gardens and not be fined by the city. And I am very much against welfare in its current form.

Why should I give them seeds?

Seeds are how you grow food... Though the free market allows a design patent those now so you have to buy new seed each year and if you keep any seed to carry over to the next season Monsanto will sue you for everything you have. Gardening is hard..

Monsanto is criminal.
