Why not buff other exotics to make them worth using? MIDA negates the use of other exotic weapons, so it should be really good compared to VoC and other legendary scouts of the same archetype. I think the real issue is that MIDA, TLW and Thorn are the most used exotic primaries sill and a buff to the others is needed to compete.
