When the game was Data mined people found microtransactions in the code. Bungie told people that this was something that they had considered but had dismissed, there were no plans to introduce microtransactions they just been left in the code. We now have Everse Trading. The auto rifle percentage buff fiasco, which people still mock on these forums. When people noticed that the match making in crucible had altered and asked whether SBMM had been introduced Bungie denied that there had been any change. It wasn't until the forums exploded that they finally admitted that it had been introduced without telling anyone. I love Destiny, I have had a great time playing the game, I love IB, didn't even mind Clash , but I am also dismayed when Bungie keep shooting themselves in the foot by their lack of transparency and what appears to be disrespect for their player base. The sad part is that I think people generally only complain when they are heavily invested in something so what seems like constant salt is really an attempt to make improvements. Edit, I really hope that things turn around, it is easy for a developer to lose trust and very difficult for them to get it back. Only time will tell
