Nope. ALL of the blame lies with Bungie. No matter how whiney and demanding this Community can be, the decision on whether to nerf/buff weapons is 100% Bungie's.

Bungie is darned if they do, darned if they don't. Community whines if nothing changes, then they alienate another group when they make changes. Nobody is ever happy enough just to play. Everyone saying that Bungie didn't have to make the changes are the reason they made them. You wanted something different, they made it different, just not to your liking, so it's still their fault.

Not too mention the lack of content in DLC's and vanilla.
