Cars don't kill people.
It's the person behind the wheel that decides to run over somebody not the car itself. The same can be said about somebody using a gun. It's the individual that's the problem not the guns or cars.

Good thing we have drivers tests to make sure the person won't go crazy in the cars. Although sometimes they may at one point if they get drunk or something
