Hey all, I was playing with my buddy who mains a warlock, and took a look at his artifact. You'll probably recognize it, too. http://www.destinydb.com/items/678497677-the-traitors-die The two holes on the beak are a tell sign that this artifact was used to fashion together the Bad Juju. Could it's description give us more insight into the fabrication of weapons of sorrow? I may not be remembering clearly, but the rose became infused with nice magic by a wizard's song. Forcing the weapon into oryx's could be the means of creating these weapons, or at least one. Thoughts?
