Cannot Login. Online Permissions? (PS4)

Getting the following error: "You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." I've tried the following fixes, without luck: - changed the MTU to manual (1397). no luck. back to automatic. - checked parental security controls on ps4. nothing there. - deleted Destiny application from PS4 and reinstalled. no dice. - tried to connect over both LAN and WiFi. nothing. - changed PSN password. - PSN plus account still valid (not expired) - restored licenses - deactivated PS4 device, then reactivated. This issue has yet to be resolved. Please help. Thank you.

  • Hi hyperthermophile, Thank you for listing the troubleshooting you have already attempted! You may also want to try clearing your console cache. Here is a guide on how to do so: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 Also, when you switched between LAN and WiFi, did you ensure that you changed your network settings on the console to use the new connection type?
