[b][i]The dead zone[/i][/b]
Location: San Diego
Status: Mass blackout from EMP waves
Time: 12:24 pm
Ive been up all night. The school campus is locked down, there is no communication with the outside world. It's as if all San Diego is isolated to itself. The streets are going to shit. The cops tried containing the situation but people were panicking. Looters tore apart stores, murders prowled the streets, cars were burned, people rioted. No one knows what's happening. Some suspect the government, some say it was Russia. All I know is that we're stuck here, with no communication and no exit plans. I need to get out of this school...
August wears his armor and peaks out the doorway of his dorm into the empty hallway. All students were to remain in their dorms, but he couldn't be couped up any longer.

He saw Yuri walking down the hall "You know what is going on?"

"No, I'm gonna find out. You coming?"

"Hell yeah, I've been cooped up inside for too long."

"Let's go then." He grabs you and you both teleport onto a rooftop outside.

-He spots Allister looking around-

You see the armored figure walk over to a window and peer out.
-
"Who the hell is that guy?" -He says to himself-
-
The character then teleports and he's outside the building crouched behind a tree.
-
-Allister jumps out the window, and lands next to him- "The hell is going on?"
-
"The whole city is out of power. We've been locked down for too long. I'm heading for the city to investigate."

"Seems like fun, mind if I tag along?"
-
"Sure--" a massive explosion is heard. They see tanks, titans, and soldiers all with GRC and Hayabusa logos. August turns to you. "Get yourself and anyone else you know out of here, NOW!" He turns and teleports away. [spoiler]end sorry things changed lmao[/spoiler]

[b]Ruby was peeking out of her room too, [i]Crescent Thorn[/i] at her side[/b]

August walks down the hallway slowly. Then, he dives into your dorm and shuts the door quietly. "Sorry," he whispers as footsteps can be heard outside the door.

"This is crazy, we need to find out what caused this."

"I agree. You wanna come with me? I'm gonna see what the city is like."

"Sure, do you have any combat experience?"

He laughs and walks back through into the hallway.

[i]Ruby follows him, her scythe in shotgun mode[/i]

He stops by a window. "Put your hand on my shoulder if you want to come with me."

[b]Ruby nods and does as he said[/b]

The both teleport onto a building near the school. The city is in shambles. A burning car can be seen down the street. People protesting in the streets. Others were looting stores and apartments. A few bodies are strewn about along the road or in the alleys.

"Where should we start?"

"I don't know." He looks around. Smoke makes visibility very limited. Many people ride bicycles and the like since all electricity is fried. Augustine looks up. "Shit," he grabs her and teleports again as an airliner plummets into the building where they were standing and demolishes the block below at deadly speeds. The plain explodes into a fire ball as the buildings in its path crumble. August begins running in the plains wake, dodging debri to try helping survivors.
