-"free" events just an excuse to push more microtransactions with the best and permanent stuff being locked behind a paywall (book costs $10 1/4 of what the TTK costs)
Should really compare it to TDB and HOW TTK was and is overpriced, so for half the price of some story missions and a raid we get racing da fuq?!?
Anyways not going to change unless people stop throwing money at the screen.

What I find funny is that all the people that complained about all of the expansions are perfectly ok with paying $10 for a book that will only be useful for so long and berate anyone that isn't buying it.

I didn't mind TDB HoW was kinda crappy but in hindsight like it better than TTK. Although I would not berate anyone for buying it only thing I would say is Bungie is slowing ratcheting up the price while reducing the value. Have to admit they are well versed in the concept of an overton window and using it to manipulate everyone's buying habits. Had they done this after TDB no one would have accepted it. I predict before we know it seasonal events will cost 40 dollars and DLC's will be 60 to 80 if they even make DLC's anymore.
