I don't think RNG means what you think it means in this scenario. I'm fairly certain you'll be able to see exactly what emote you are buying, but what she actually has in stock will be random, just like Eva Levante and her shaders/emblems.

Ah, never considered that aspect of RNG, the availability per week being random. I thought it'd reveal the set of emotes you could purchase, but you pay to spin the die basically.

It's that's so, then great, but it would seem like they're trying to move emotes into RNG bags like with the Festival of the Lost masks. I do honestly hope I'm wrong though.

Looks like you may be right, if you watch Mesa Sean's new emote video there are mystery bags... /facepalmbungie

Yeah, but we already have 3 vendors with rotating stock, Eva, the Speaker, and Xur, what they sell is all RNG, closest thing to a gift bag is when Xur has an exotic engram. I don't believe they will put real money items in to a roll of the dice type system. The backlash would be a PR nightmare.

Unfortunately I don't share your faith in this situation. This post has been trending for over ten hours and not gotten any reply whatsoever from Bungie. At this point, I almost feel like it's being ignored on purpose, especially since the post both directly beneath (and later above) this one have received feedback from Deej, despite this thread having over three times the likes/replies.
