Something about the man is vaguely familiar, but Reni can't quite place it. She approaches cautiously.

[b]He looks at you, a slight tingling feeling that he had seen you before [/b] "Ma'am" [b]he says with a heavy Texan accent[/b]

"Hey. Do I know you from somewhere?" Her feline ears twitch nervously.

"Possibly. Who are you?"

"I'm Reni. I'm…not from around here."

"Lived formerly in a skyscraper, weapon expert?"

"Umm…I may have."

"And I believe I spoke with you about corporate dumbasses"

Her eyes widen. "JT…you look…different. Older. What happened?"

"It's been 15 years since we spoke last. A lots happened"

"15 years…? How? When?" She starts to hyperventilate, becoming increasing distressed by the situation.

"You okay, or were you taking a long nap?" [spoiler]It's a time skip lmao[/spoiler]

She faints because of hyperventilating. [spoiler]I know. This is just how someone who came out of cryosleep would react to this.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Interesting, as another came from a cryo earlier lmao[/spoiler] [b]She awakens in a hospital bed, surrounded by rows of other patients, several hours later, JT sitting in a chair next to you[/b]

She blinks her eyes, adjusting to the light. As her eyes settle on you, she grows distressed, her heart rate skyrocketing.

"Don't worry, you're safe here"

Her heart rate only continues to rise, nearing cardiac arrest levels.

They sedate her in order to get her stabilized.
