At GS last week they had a special that I was able to trade in both my PS3 and 360 plus games and I ended up paying $65 for an X1 and a free game.

Pretty sure that sale isn't still around and for the credit on the Xbox 360 you need a 250gb hard drive which not everyone has (including me they will only give me 30 bucks for my xbox with 120gb)
