Bungie didn't claim all year 1 exotics would come forward. GameInformer speculated that they would, but didn't give any hard evidence. Please, show me where Bungie said they would all be coming along to year 2.

I forget which one exactly, and I won't do all the work for you, but I can help point you in the right direction. Planet Destiny uploaded a video about it in the weeks before TTK was released. The videos main purpose (or rather the first half of the video) discussed the announcement that there would be three versions of the raid. I believe it was all Like Smith that said this, but, again, it's been a while. Although he is a much more credible source than Deej, as he a actually has a large part in handling the game.

No he didn't. He said all exotics would be brought forward in the future. That is different than saying year 2. If you have evidence that contradicts what I say, show it.

Then you should have no problem referring which stream he said it on. I watched every stream start to finish and never once heard him say it.
