I dont think you understand. You can [b]pay[/b] money to buy things that help you [b]win[/b]. [b]Pay[/b] to [b]win[/b]. It doesnt mean you have to spend money, most games of this type have an alternative and lengthier route for acquiring the same things. Like warframe as a different example. So yeah. Pay to win.
