Why was Palmers face busted up at the end of Halo 5 and Halsey's was untouched? How exactly did Blue Team and Osiris get beck to Sangheilos? Both of the groups came on guardians and only debris objects were being carried through with the guardians. Why didn't the warden attack Blue Team at Maridian rather than wait until they were on Genesis to try to stop them?

 •
Why was Palmers face busted up at the end of Halo 5 and Halsey's was untouched?
Probably because Halsey isn't really capable of fighting Promethean forces.
How exactly did Blue Team and Osiris get beck to Sangheilos? Like a Lich.
Why didn't the warden attack Blue Team at Maridian rather than wait until they were on Genesis to try to stop them?
Because he's working for Cortana and does not yet know Blue Team's full motives.

Man wish they'd give us that fight. Wait I take it back, Halo 5 had the worst combat choreography after the opening cutscene. It isn't until mission 13 he tries to convince Cortana they are a threat but in Reunion it seemed pretty clear. Also it didn't seem clear if the start of Reunion was when they first arrived at the planet. Would you agree?
Truth be told, I don't know how she got them. I assume there was a fight though.
are we really able to assume this? In Halo 4 we also see that Lich's have the tech to survive slipspace. There are a variety of ways they could have gotten back home. The mystery of how they got back isn't the first. We have yet to discover how Johnson, Miranda, Ntho, and the Arbiter got back to Earth at the end of Halo 2. He didn't start ignoring her regarding Blue Team until he knew for certain Blue Team wouldn't go along with her. "Come. Let us talk." Reunion starts a few minutes after they arrived. We know this because you can see the Meridian Guardian perched near the platform Blue Team is standing on, in an opened and dormant state.

And for Halo 2 there were known to be Sangheili ships in orbit which is how they got back. Though I'll admit that we still don't know how Blue Team got back from the Composer's forge. What's 343i's issue with details?
it seemed to me like as soon as they got to the planet he knew that they were a threat.
