I'm on the One as well, bought the turtle beach...XO-7's, I think? They are wireless to the console, wired to controller for power (no charging). Have independent chat/game volumes that are right at the controller base where they plug in. I think they were about $150. I bought them with my Xone, in like March of the first year of it's release. They're only stereo, no dolby or anything, but man they are comfortable for long sessions, and they most def have great sound. I love em, not sure if you're looking for something with surround sound or not, but I recommend these for a good all around value. As they are about a year and a half old, they may be out paced by something else. Or perhaps they have come down in price, I dunno.
