I have seen reports from a great number of players that the Vienna Singer ship drop is impossible to obtain if they didn't get it on a character when that character got a Black Spindle. This is absolutely true. I have done this run 10+ times. I do it on all 3 characters every time it is the daily. All 3 of my characters got the Black Spindle the first time it was the daily and none of them got the ship. I have never gotten the ship to drop since. Meanwhile, people who I'm helping do it for the first time almost always get the ship dropping alongside their Black Spindle.
