What headset do you use?
I'm on Xbox One and currently looking into a wireless gaming headset for around $200. I am starting to play crucible more and more and feel that a decent headset would help me notice enemies sooner.
I'm wondering what the more seasoned players use (besides Astro's, $200 is my limit).
Edit: Figured I would summarize what I am seeing the most.
AstroA40 (some sets can be bought for under $200)
Turtle Beach XO Seven
TB XO Four
Stock headset
HyperX Cloud II
TB XO One
Based on all of the feedback I am seeing, I think I will go with the XO Sevens to save some money and get the best of all aspects.

Turtle Beach X12 worked great until my mic broke (it used to work off and on (after a year of awesome results) and now it's totally off but I think it's due to the fact that my cord is probably broken somewhere XD)

2 RepliesUse my standard Xbox mic when I'm doing trails so I can hear around better. I've got a sound bar so I can sound whore super hard. I've got a pair of Razer headphones for when I'm chilling, I use the Xbox Windows 10 app for party so I can use a voice changer to annoy my party.

I got the turtle beach XOfours. They're only about $80 and I like them a lot. Definitely a great choice for the price

1 ReplyPhone glitched, not sure if comment went through, so sorry if this is a repeat. I use the Turtle Beach XO SEVEN Pros. They were on sale for 125 at Best Buy when I got them. They sound just as good as my astro a50s, but the mic quality is better (according to friends). Also, they run off your controller, so you don't have to worry about charging them constantly. They're comfortable and I can wear them for extended amounts of time without issue.

I use Turtle Beach Stealth 500X bc it had amazing haptic feedback for voice. However, recent update lowered the haptic feedback significantly so now I'd recommend Astro A50s.

Turtle beach xo seven pro, it's the most comfortable headset I have ever put on my cranium. Plus the sound and mic preset options work really well.

Astro A50s. Or rather i will in a few days. I stopped wearing them because destiny didn't require it. So it was easier to just use my iphone earbuds.

Wireless, I don't have. Plantronics RiG, I do. Excellent set for the price. [spoiler]Its got a wonderful mixer and has over-ear cans. The cans you can take with you as an audio headset. It's [i]$100.[/i][/spoiler]
