Poll: Veteran's Tour Quest/VIP items
Hey Everyone,
In an effort to drive this issue forward, I wanted to create a poll and display just how many people are having issues receiving their VIP items or starting their Veteran's Tour Quest. I know I'm not the only one, so please help this thread along and give your answer!
Please help me keep this thread alive, I would really like to get this issue resolved and get everyone their items, I feel like I've tried everything to get help from Bungie but we're nearing the 2 month mark since our last update and I wanted to let them know we haven't forgotten and still want our items!
Thanks for the help, hopefully this gets around enough to make a difference.

I preordered the game, picked up the season pass and the expansions within those time frames I'm pretty sure. I never got the quest.

Still no help, played beta, yearone day one collectors edition preordered taken king got 3 items shader emblem and sparrow. Deleted them all on all characters and still no luck for the veterans tour. Beginning to lose faith as we are now past the deadline

has anyone received help on this issue? we're reaching the 2 month marker and I haven't received help in any form. No response from the contact form, no resolution in game, not even a reply to 99% or my correspondences. I'm almost done with this game, I've received horrible (non-existent) support and the servers are getting worse and worse for me.
