It has been over 4 weeks since the launch of TKK and over 3 weeks being part of the DRP community and I just wanted to make sure I express a THANKS to all of you guys who have made this last 1-month+ such a great experience both in-game and out of it. Whether it's the podcast, the wall chatter, Group Me msgs, PSN community / party chat....a whole bunch of DRPers have made me feel part of a larger gaming family, something I have had a hard time experiencing being in Hong Kong. Not just because of the location, but because English is my first language / one being Western educated, it's been hard to find a group of gamers I can chat with as myself without having to turn on the language translation switch in my brain (I can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese) or sometimes take time to explain what I am saying to a non-English speaking person (coz I may have said it wrong in their language). With DRP, it's just being myself, playing games and experiencing stuff in Destiny together and now I look forward to coming home seeing what I can jump into with you guys...or just keeping the banter going on my phone / laptop while at work. I am not very good with these sorts of things, so I will probably stop here before I rant on and on....but, once again to all you DRPers as well as to Aero, Cyborg, Terry, Joe, Manny (the leaders!) - a very big THANK YOU from the guy in Hong Kong and I look forward to gaming more with all you!!
