You're joking right? Your complaining because these packages that you can get without silver give you telemetries along with those cosmetic items? Don't think telemetries = winning in destiny. The fact that you don't have to pay for them also proves its not pay to win. More like pay to be lazy and not have fun doing a new quest for cosmetic items.
