Luke Smith says he likes the option for a larger weapon sandbox.
Like borderlands doesn't have a large weapon sandbox with elementals...

A billion useless weapons. Thats what borderlands has. Its RNG is so strong. So strong.

Having no elementals is the same as having all elementals. Anything in between minimizes the amount of useful weapons. I would opt for all legendary primaries having elements, but they seem to want to go the other extreme. Either way maximizes the usefulness of all legendary primaries
