Greetings,
I am Log, Co-founder of the Australian Cross Platform Destiny clan, Terror Australis.
I wish to welcome you to our brotherhood. I hope that you find like minded individuals among our ranks, and that we may all travel through the journey that Destiny provides in unison.
We aim to be a guild for gamers 20+ years of age, and primarily based on the Australian eastern seaboard. Having said that, all are welcome who value a good time, a laugh and maybe a little bit of PvP dominance.
We will be immersing ourselves in all aspects of Destiny, and as such will provide a fitting home no matter what your interests may be.
A formal rank structure will at some point be put into place, simply to help with the organisation of such large numbers of players, but nothing in our clan is set. If you give your time and energy, you will be rewarded in kind. We are also in our Infancy, so those of you who join earliest will likely have the greatest impact on the way the clan takes shape over coming months.
I myself have extensive experience in both FPS and MMO games, and given that Destiny is effectively both, I am excited to try my hand at managing a clan that will prove rewarding for all of it's members.
I will also be playing Destiny on Xbox one, as will the Co-founders of this clan. As such, we are looking for experienced leaders, willing to further out cause and fly the Terror Australis flag on all other platforms.
Over the coming weeks I will be setting up a clan twitter account to aid in the rapid dissemination of relevant information. As a clan we are an open forum, so please feel free to make any suggestions you feel could improve things in any way.
I look forward to working with you all.
Again, Welcome to Terror Australis - The Sons of Southern Darkness.
Cheers
Log

Edited by rusty pinecone: 10/25/2015 12:16:40 AMHey everyone! Rusty-pinecone here. Feel free to call me Rusty or if you prefer, my given name is Matt. I'm from Melbourne Australia, been playing Destiny since its first few weeks of release. I play one of each class but mostly play my Warlock. Have been through all the content Destiny has to offer so far, including triumphant moments in all the raids and other end-game activities. I have a heavy work schedule as of late, and don't get to raid as often as I like. I'm on most days for a couple of hours. I consider myself a decent skilled and knowledgeable player, I'm free most weekends for long stretches of game time. Thanks for accepting, see you all out there!
