Wow. That's a pretty cool sword. I really need to clean mine.
[b]She looks down at the sword, it is covered in dirt from their last training session.[/b]

[b] He chuckles.[/b] "Yeah, I guess it is cool. And yeah, I was kinda thinking- [b] He's cut off as the floor to ceiling windows in the room shatter and swordsman in kimonos drop in off of repel lines, their faces covered with cloth masks as he tackles Keri to the ground behind cover.[/b]

Who the heck are those guys?! They don't seem friendly!

"No, they aren't! Stay behind cover and let me deal with them!" [b] Lance stands up and draws his sword.[/b] ((Forgot to mention, there's about 6))

[b]Keri leans over cover, and begins taking potshots at the masked people.[/b]

[b] They deflect the bullets off their blades, showing there of great skill.[/b] "Keri, let me deal with it."

Okay. [b]She huddles behind the cover, and waits.[/b]

[b] Lances figure blurs, and suddenly one of the swordsman is without a head. A second charges him with an overhead swing, and he deflects it, slashing across the mans ribs. A third pulls out a pistol and fires, and Lance deflects it with his blade, sending back into the mans face, it disappearing in a spray of blood. The fourth and fifth simultaneously charge Lance, swinging wildly. Lance stabs one simply through the chest, and grabs the others blade with his hand, slashing his throat. Lance pauses to catch his breath, and walks towards the last one who is in a combat stance with his sword poised.[/b] "Who sent you?" Man: "I won't tell you!" [b] Lance, in the blink of an eye, flashes past the man and cuts his hand off that's holding the sword.[/b] "How about now?" Man: "Alright alright! His names Michael! Michael James!" Lance: "Thanks." [b] He says and stabs him through the throat.[/b]

That... That was badass. So, you have any idea as to who this Micheal guy is?

[b] Lance shakes his head.[/b] "No. But I've heard the name before from someone I know." [b] He presses some buttons on his Tac-Pad.[/b]

Hmm... Any idea why he wants you dead?

"Nope." [b] He brings the Tac-Pad up and a woman's voice comes out of it.[/b] "Lance, what now?" "You can probably figure it out." "On my way." [b] Lance hangs up and turns to Keri.[/b] "We should get going."

Yeah. [b]She holsters her pistol.[/b]
