IB gear = fake 310s!
IB gear = fake 310s which means you are booted from my fireteam.
IB gear drops at 280 so you will have to infuse your way to 310 which isn't worth it. Plus using IB gear in the raid is worthless anyways.
Edit: only true year one vets know what I am saying. See all the salt posted below!

If IB gear only drops at 280, I doubt many guardians will be playing. Must be 290 to lead a team into IB, gear drops below that? I believe IB gear will drop around 300+ similar to the raid but I suspect it won't drop any lower than 290 unless it specs with everything else (based off your current light level) which would be acceptable.

How are you gonna boot randoms from your fireteams. On top of that, 280light isn't amazing. If your basing your preference upon where they get their armor, you aren't worth anyone's time, yourself. Name some PVE perks I should care if ppl use that iron banner doesn't give out. I'll wait right here. BTW, don't bother saying "raid gear perks" that's just a waste of time to type. Not everyone has raid gear.
