Has anyone obtained the Fate of all Fools gun, not the JADE Rabbit

Yes, 1 non dev has the gun, he had a brain surgery of some kind and uses destiny as a form of treatment (i think) and his wife posted about it on reddit, bungie was moved and gifted him the fate of all fools. His psn is tRiFecTa01

What does the FWC base their beliefs around?

i believe they base their beliefs off of the concept that war is inevitable so they might as well fight. Not that familiar in the faction lore
