If you play Destiny for PvE and not PvP you're going to be missing absolutely nothing by not getting the Chaperone. Other then that, just switch to TLW during heavy and go on a machine gun spree, or be a dick and shotgun rush. Titans have some of the easiest time shotgun rushing with skating. Really you just want to eliminate variables. Go to Inferno, it's super easy to go positive in there with how bad some people play. Go to Mayhem, you don't even need to use any guns on a Sunbreaker. Play with a team in Skirmish. The list goes on.
