I got another theory. At the saber strike after getting the codes from the warsat to open the door underneath why dont we try going back to the seripham vault door and see if that door opens with the code from the warsat.

If you play the siege of the warmind mission now the door at the end of the hall is open now. It leads to the war-4 or whatever the area on Promethean code is but there is another door just a short ways down that is closed. Can see enemies on the radar beyond that door too

Mabye you need another teamate on the other side. Bungie did say that its a team effort.
