What bungie should do is give sunbreakers 8 Sec to throw all the hammers they can and make it so throwing hammers doesn't take time away. 1/2 time of golden gun with travel time with damage resistance and twice the projectiles. This will prevent killing a team, running to their spawn and re killing them. Any objections?
