You can order as many guns per week as your rank (up to rank 5, obviously). And at rank 2 you get easy quest for very good class specific legendary, and rank 3 you get easy quest for class specific exotic. The Hunter handcannon is fantastic PvE gun (think exotic fatebringer), and warlock exotic scout is hands down best PvP gun in the game.

The max amount you can order per week is only 3. I hit rank 4 last week and could still only order 3 this week.
