This is so stupid. I paid 100 dollars on destiny. Now I can't play that anymore since I don't have TTK? Really? What the -blam!-. I can't even afford TTK right now. This is bullshit. I can't play destiny the game that so much memories came from and now I can't play it anymore. Is this even legal? Like now CMON. Now I regret buying destiny........
;_;
Edit 1: all of you are -blam!-. How about being in my situation and understand. You probably would be mad too. Stop being ignorant for once and actually think please.
Edit 2: thanks for all the people that are supporting me and actually giving me advice instead of going apeshit on me.
;_;
Edit 3: Thanks for 1221 replies :D. My thread blew up fast. 1221 replies under a day. Thank you all! Much love to you all

How about you spend less time complaining and more time working to buy ttk.
-
Someone is taking money for goods and/or services? In a capitalist society?!
-
You had a enough time to save 50 cents a day to have more then enough to buy a game you love playing so much. If you're not working for some reason , then destiny should be the last thing you should be worry about.
-
You can play all the stuff you've played for a year but nightfall and weekly, which you should already have everything from anyway, and you can even get all the old exotics you don't have from xur. And $40 is nothing. If you're in school do extra jobs around the community?
-
I spent 150. Not to mention buying gold ONLY to play destiny. i have payed around 225. Fight

Funny story: Remember those whiners Bungie locked out right after TTK landed , then the entire #feedback community said they'd sue and make Bungie bankrupt? Heh... didn't work. So the Communities' bond brothers are pretty angry they lost their content. They're leading a team to blow up Bungie's servers. Server goes... The entire game goes with it. You're going to make sure that doesn't happen.
-
The we knew about the taken king since the SPRING of this year. That was months ago. And we all knew it would be around $40. If you can't save $40 in a matter of months then you my friend have a problem you, and only you are responsible for.. Not Bungie. Good luck !
-
If you can't afford it then I wouldn't be worried about playing a video game
-
Saying you can't play the game is a bit of an exaggeration.
-
You not being able to buy TTK isn't Bungie's fault, just saying. I get that you'd like people to see it from your position, but when your position is "omg Bungie I can't afford wtf is your problem," it's hard to.
-
They can take stuff away. That is part of the terms and conditions. You are paying for the ability to play the game.
-
It's called DLC EXPANSION You need to pay to play the new content, the year 1 content is still there , but I do understand where you coming from, but this how it goes it sucks but majority everyone is in year 2,
-
List me all the content you don't have access to.
-
To didn't "waste" anything. You paid for the game, you played the game. The content you paid for is still there. You still have access to your missions, raids and strikes. You're basically complaining that you can't play any of the updated content, and calling it a waste, because you have to purchase an expansion.

Edited by Marathon: 9/23/2015 10:01:14 AMBungie is TAKING our money away.....to develop Destiny 2 and feed their families. Fixed.
-
So you have a PS4, a phone or computer to be able to post on here, an internet bill, and a psn membership yet you can't afford a 40 dollar expansion. But you keep saying nobody knows your situation. Ok enlighten us, because it seems like the only situation you have is not knowing how to manage money. I don't pity anybody that's broke. Everybody has the same opportunities in life, some go get them and some wait for somebody to throw them a bone that they will never get.
-
I won't say it as harshly as others but depending on your age there should have been several options to financially plan for TTK ranging from budgeting to extra chores or odd jobs for neighbors. Financial planning is an important life skill and as stated if you're in a position to have high speed internet, a current gen console and a subscription then the conclusion is either you didn't plan or you expected a for-profit company to give you free things. Neither of those positions are likely to get sympathy in a gaming forum. Sorry, man.
-
This is how it works, developers push their dlc to make sales, it doesn't matter how much you spent on the original copy. Sucks, yes, but that's how it works. Save some money up and buy the dlc, that's your only solution.
-
Shut up meg!
-
YOU IGNORANT -blam!-. LISTEN CAREFULLY MAY BE HARD FOR YOU CUZ OF YOUR LAXK OF INCOMPETENCE. BUR TRY TO UNDERSTAND! IF YOUD RATHER SAVE MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE THEN QUIT COMPLAINING YOU FUXKING CHILD. IF YOUR TO BROKE FOR IT, THEN ALSO QUIT COMPLAINING AND GET YOUR TRASHY WORTHLESS ASS OFF THE COUCH AN FIND THIS THING CALLED A JOB. PLEASE AN THANK YOU HAVE A SHITTY -blam!-ING DAY! xoxo
-
I think the ignorant one is the one who complained "it costs too much" about a VIDEO GAME. If a damn game costs too much then your idea of cost/value and relative money are really bad or you're a broke ass in which case you should WORK more and it play games
-
Again to another person of lesser intelligence, think before you speak, you can still play the game but not the additional content added, you Clearly don't know what a server based game is do you
-
People who bitch and moan about people with general disatifaction of an EXTREMELY overpriced game that has been made worthless are bungie dick riders. Sorry op, but even though your situation is pointing out how bungie continues to blatantly -blam!- people over, the forum is filled with sheep and bungievision dick riders that love to defend them at every turn no matter how far the bungievision cactus goes up their ass and how much money they've been drained of. My advise? Try and get a refund, destiny "fans" have no sympathy for people who don't like bungie for legitimate reasons
-
Uhm... Why not just home share with a friend??
-
You can still play & you have everything you paid for. The only thing you lost is a difficulty tier on a weekly strike. You still have all the stories, strikes, raids, loot, and PVP maps/modes you always had. Want more? Pay for it. That's how life works...
-
Well since this game has came out, I have bought other games but I don't play them, I've literally played this game flat out for a year, worth every single penny
