All these PS kids came onto b.net like a -blam!-ing cancer. [spoiler]Just kidding, idgaf what platform you use[/spoiler] The older days of b.net were some good memories... Because I just woke up and don't want to get out of bed I am gonna post all the distinct memories of the old Halo & b.net days - Checking up all my H3, ODST & Reach stats and exploring what medals are left to be earned - Checking K/D spreads in various playlists and seeing which ones were the highest & lowest - Admiring my beautiful Halo 3 Spartan that rocked the Security helmet and Hayabusa Armor - Unlocking all the special nameplates I could in Halo Reach through b.net - Trying to reach Onyx rank on all commendations then realizing its hopeless and the grind was too strong - Getting that sweet blue flaming head for playing Reach on Bungie day - Comparing my stats with my good friends then talking shit in game to them - Posting file share pictures of me and my good friend in Reach (We set up a few custom matches just to pose for some file share pics lol) we were cute - Exploring the File Share in general - Reading the BWU and hoping they'd address the DMR bloom & Armor Lock - When JonCJG would have a new episode of Arby n the Chief or whatever Machinima he was making at the time and Bungie would include it in their weekly update - Coming on the Reach forums and seeing all the kids complain about how ridiculously OP Armor Lock was and cry for nerfs (you think the nerf posts are bad here.. you have nooo idea son) I didn't even use Armor Lock. Jet-Pack fo' life - Also the kids crying to nerf the Banshee... Or more specifically, the Banshee Bomb in Reach - When those 2 kids were racing to become "Inheritor" max rank in Reach and the forums were going nuts over it. Then the kid that got max rank first got cR banned cause he idled in Firefight - Laughing at all the cR bans in general & laughing even harder when a Bungie employee would respond and put them in their place by bringing up logs of their obvious exploiting - Getting stressed out that you'd get cR banned yourself from doing the target locator exploit in the early days of Reach - Seeing the "Destiny Awaits" posters inside the buildings in ODST (and having no idea it was a easter egg) Even though this wasn't even that long ago it feels slightly nostalgic. Some good times had for sure.
