It's probably the same as the hunters except using scout rifle instead of hand cannons

Rank 2 gets you the susanoo fusion rifle that adopts the damage type of your subclass. Requires 50 kills with a fusion rifle while also having special telemetry on if I remember right and then you have to dismantle rare or better fusion rifles... Starts out at 280 attack... Rank 3 is for an exotic scout rifle... I am almost there to get that one
