SLEEPER SIMULANT EXOTIC QUEST FOUND?!?!!
Just found this fusion rifle relic farming draksis that is asking me to talk to banshee-44. I haven't seen anything about this so I was wondering. Also I'm pretty sure the RAS stands for Rasputin.
