Tips? I'm at 243 and starring at the screen like what I do? Only get to play a couple hours a day during the week. Thanks.

Yeah i have only focused on the character that i want for the raid. But court of oryx. Quests and heroic strikes are an easy way to get up here to 290+

I"ve looked at several of the toons from people posting on this thread and it would appear that the majority of them have focused on one character, so their effort isn't being divided. I know if you look at mine, I run the Warlock and my son does our Hunter. Had we shared one character we probably could have been close to some of these being shown.
