Ao you're telling me if meth was legalized, you'd partake? There are many, many easy ways to get ahold of any drug
-
Wait was that satire? If so I feel stupid XD
-
-blam!- no, I'm not a -blam!-ing drugging, just leave and leave the talking to big people please.
-
Thank you for proving my point.
-
What point? The whole reason for an argument is to trade talking points and defend them and you are just being stupid and look like your panicking.
-
My point is... Drugs may as well be legalized. Why? Because what would it change? Similar studies (re: Decriminalization of sex work) has shown a clear decrease in activity, activity-related illness and violence. Not saying sex work = drugs, but it is very similar.

Problem is, the illegal sale of THC goes up because of it being a far cheaper alternative to the heavy taxes of a legal purchase.
-
That's not even true lol. Look at Washington, Colorado & Oregon. Illegal sale went down a whole lot, while the legal dispensaries flourished.
-
Link please? Because I see no reason that illegal sales would not go up.

Ease of access (legal) > purchasing non-taxed marijuana (illegal) https://www.drugpolicy.org/sites/default/files/Colorado_Marijuana_Legalization_One_Year_Status_Report.pdf

It was decriminalized (mostly) in 2010 to a misdemeanor, and the statistics on that page only count arrested people so I'm not surprised that a huge decrease came with it. That page didn't help anyone here. Got anything else?
