What game did you love when you were young, online only, excluding destiny

I'm going to show my age pretty badly here, but online games didn't exist when I was a kid. StarCraft was the first one I got to try and I wasn't a kid by that time.

Born in 1990 so didn't play online games much until later, but my first multiplayer experience was a ninja turtle game on sega genesis.

Didn't really play any online only games when I was really young, there weren't many actually as I predate Internet gaming a bit. However when I was going to college I played a game by EA called "Motor City Online", definitely a fun game that I enjoyed quite a bit.

1 ReplyI'm old. When I was "young" online only games weren't a thing yet. Multiplayer for more than two people meant having to buy one of those four port NES adapters and having multiple people in the house, or crowding around an arcade cabinet putting your quarter up for "nexts". 2Moons, which I believe now doesn't even exist. Gave a whole new meaning to the term "grind" in a video game, I probably spent 500 hours on it and was only level 64 out of 150.
